Debit Blues with Standard bank
Standard bank has been a difficult to work with. I am trying to change the bank they debit from for payment, which I've previously done with no struggle. I previously sent proof of account and debit check was sent and it was changed. Now I am trying to do the same for a different product of theirs you'd swear I am asking for a loan & I am not their 'prestige member'. I wouldn't recommend using standard bank. Customer services SUCKS!
