Debit authorization

A consultant went into m account and debited m account without m authorization, its clear that we are not safe with our banks.

The bank transferred funds twice into my account and I used the funds that was in m account. Yes it wasn't my money but it was in my account. They went and debited my other account without speaking to me first. This is wrong in all level, but when I try to speak to them they threaten to block my account. So does this mean the bank can do whatever they please just because we have accounts with them? Im not disputing to pay back the money but I'm upset that they can just go in and do as the please. Who is protecting the consumers? The manage was unable to assist as well coz she protect her staff.

I just picked up they didn't just threaten to block m account, the actually did. I can transact on my account . So they behave like the are God with our account
