Debicheck approvals

Good day, I want to know how your system works. The debicheck does not make sense if a company can still debit if you didn't approved the de*****eck. I please want an explanation of how this Happened. I was debited R1987.50 on 25th of January. Can they debit on an old de*****eck? I have also no active account with this people, so anyone can just load a debicheck and leave with your money.
