De lined student loan

After they approve my daughter student loan. They sent to credit which has now declined the application. Reason is I am unable to verify income. They asked for a letter from my accountant of which I am invoiced for to pay for it as its a service rendered. My accountant declared the income I have been receiving throughout. They don't have any other reason to decline They find something so lame because from the beginning they didn't want to help my daughter. 1st decline was that my daughters account is in excess....mind you a student account. I complained now I cannot prove my income after they were looking for so many documents from me wasting time. Standard bank has no intention of helping students with funds to accelerate their careers instead they work very hard to de line a young ambitious child who only wants to go to school. You are the worst pathetic bank that has no remorse..may God help you with your evil hearts.
