****************!!!!!!!!R1900.00 for a 1 year statement
I recently requested for statements for a period of 1 year for my puresave account,cheque account and creditcard. I was extremely shocked to see the ridiculous amounts that I was charged. I was also never informed of the amount that was going to be charged by the call centre agent and the branch assistant. I have logged calls, requested for feedback and all that was provided to me was a SMS saying that my request is declined. R1900.00 for a 1 year statement!!!! Absolutely putrid. Standard are *******!!!!!!
