Please can you help me.

Standard bank is busy ripping me off hayi no. Last month they deducted R132 from my account and when I called they told me that they paid on my behalf because I had no enough funds when I was buying at pick n pay yet they deducted the money. Even now today I deposited R132 again and when I tried to call them I couldn't go through. I had -R27 on my account so I don't understand why they are doing this. This time I did not even buy anything anywhere I only made a transfer of R4700 and realized I was on -R27, I wonder what their explanation will be now. Funny cause when you open accounts they don't tell you all these things. Aooowa they must just refund me or close this account yessses I am so angry. This is ******* phela yoo. Please help Hellopeter or else I will go inside the branch and God knows what I will do even if it means taking my clothes off so they can see the scars that they are causing I will do so. Please help.
