Been trying for MONTHS to change my account from a Student Achiever to a normal cheque account.

I've tried on the app and it says "Need to verify with Home Affairs". I've emailed complaints, managers and general enquiries but to no avail.

This R70 monthly fee is outrageous and they REFUSE.
