I have a standard bank credit card which I opened in 2002 and have ever since been paying either just before month end or on the last day of the month for the last 12 years that I have this account. According to me I was paying well before the due date but on Thursday 2015-05-28 I received a call from the card division informing me that my account was overdue and that was paying late every month so late payment charges are being added to me account every month. I ask the person on the phone to explain to me how come I'm paying late when I'm always paying on time and according to the person to person my payment date is the 25th of each month. I asked the person to explain to me how I am suppose to pay on the 25th of each month when Im only getting paid on the last day of each month because I can recall stating that I will pay my account by no later then the 1st of each month. That means that Standard Bank was charging late payments to my account for 12 years but only decided to inform me now because I don't even receive statements from the bank. I want the bank to review my account and repay all late payment chargers for the last 12 years or I will take the matter to court
