I am deeply disappointed at how standard bank operates. I have been a customer before, I opened an account again in good hope!! I have a cheque acc which already has a charge of 100, I then opened a pure and plus plan about 5 days ago of which eacjh had a charge of 50(100), to my surprise I see another 18 rand debited from my plus plan acc , now bear in mind that for this acc alone I am charged 68 rand in one month, I called and was told that its a monthly fee... What monthly fee???/ Logically, as a standard bank account holder paying a monthly fee of 100 rands and now , customers have to pay another 18 rands? that is just day light *******!!!<br> <br> To get to the point, I would like to close this account with immediate effect and have my balance and fees charged back to my orional account!.
