Daylight ***********. interest without debt

I have a revolving account. i want to close all my accounts with standard bank so i paid up my debt in the beginning of the month. its showing R0.00 balance. so i don't owe anyone anything. i ask my banker to close the account, she comes to me and tell me i owe R911 therefore the account cannot be closed. for what??? for the interest of January month. how can you charge me the interest of the month that there is no principal debt. without the principal debt, where are you calculating the interest from? you are charging me the interest of days to come without the debt, how is that possible???? my account on my side show R0.00 balance.<br> Can you please close my revolving account NOW as I don't owe you anything. even when i logon to my internet banking it say R0.00 balance, not that R911 you are telling me to pay ... close it and stop telling me about interest of R911 for the whole month without a principal debt . where are you calculating the interest from because the principal debt is settled already, its R0.00.... there is no debt, its settled... <br> CLOSE IT NOW PLEASE. I WANNA MOVE ON.
