Day light ******* ????

I am really concerned about these random cash finance charges that are appearing on my statements.

This month alone the cash finance charge was R694.36 and a finance charge of R257.58

Last month the cash finance charge was R657.60 and R174,35 finance charge!

Previous month the cash finance charge was R388.19 and R94.28 finance charge.

Please explain this to me!! Because I was charged the normal rates for my transfers that I made, but to charge these extra cash finance charges is just day light *******!! Not talking about about the CR Protection plan that changes every month. Every amount that is debited from my debit card it debited back from my credit card as well. My credit card is not going up but the same amount that was left 3 months ago. I don't even know if I will ever finish it or not. When I go to the branch they dial a call center number and their explanation does not make sense. I am not getting any explanation or whats so ever.

I owe more money now after my payment due to these charges!!!
