I one I am one unhappy customer, I have been unhappy with the non service from day 1. The number was not ported as requested I want to the Mall of the North serval time with no assistance, prince from the contact centre sounded promising but also failed me.
New problem is the my account was debited but did not receive the data and minutes.
On this day I have been sitting on the phone for 1hour waiting to speak to a consultant with no luck.
I’ve sent email to the Standard Bank connect and no one has called me back 😡
