DAMAGES TO ROOF

i had an insurance claim done for storm damage on my roof tiles late 2014. the contractor appointed was TM Developments of Umhlanga owned by a guy Trevor Mailer. the job was eventually done after about 4 visits with the guy bringing short material and causing damage to my water pipes and gutters. after a few days i had new leaks with water coming into my house. this was caused by my existing water proofing been damaged with doing the initial claim repair. i did get Trevor back on site, he admitted his guy could have disturbed the water proofing when walking on the roof. asked me for a plastic and brick to cover as a temporary measure and will be back in a week to sort out properly. since then he does not answer my calls. standard bank also battled to get hold of him, eventually when they do contact him he denies causing any damage. i have left numerous messages with standard bank call centre to speak to a senior, a Mohamed who is a team lead was suppose to call me back but i get no help what so ever. this is not the type of contractors standard bank should be using. totally unprofessional and useless.
