CUT OFF FOR THIRD TIME WITH NO WARNING
A couple of years ago I found all my personal banking accounts cut off with no warning as FICA documents \had expired". I was told \""you should have received an SMS or EMAIL\"". I had NO warning. Apology from bank - \""unusual"
