Customers Beware!!!!
I purchased a lottery ticket on Friday 15 July 2022 online, never received the lottery number confirmation sms but the R30 was deducted from my bank account. Phoned Customer Services, was given a Ref number & told somebody would contact me in 3 days! Well what can I say, still waiting for my call, whose to say I might have had the winning combernation! (LOL) Thank you Standard Bank......EXCELLENT SERVICE
