Customer services at its best
I visted the the bank in N1 City Mall recently. I was greeted by quite a friendly lady by the name of Chandbibi Sonday. I had issues with my bank card and she assisted me so diligently. I had many questions and she answered them all without any frustration.
She truly is the epitome of customer services. Welldone Standard bank N1 City you really have a gem in your branch.
