CUSTOMER SERVICE...WHAT IS THAT?!
I have been to Standard bank Rustenburg now on two occasions and they phoned me as well, yet my queries are still not resolved and I have not received any feedback regarding my queries since September 2015. I will probably have to waste my own time and petrol again and go in to the bank, sit in a queue, and walk away with no answers AGAIN. This is definitely frustrating as customer service is not something that is important to them. I have been with Standard bank for more than 20 years now, and this will be my last year as I can not support a bank that does not support me. Unresolved query numbers: *** , ***, *** , ***
