Customer Service Shocking

Hi Hello Peter <br> <br> Ive recently app**** for a personal Loan with Standard Bank, as we are in the process of buying a house. Exciting times. The money had reflected within 3 days, wonderful. Since then Ive not received any paperwork, terms conditions, account number nothing. I ve called the department responsible for loans and been into my branch and no one has yet to return my call nor provide me any assistance. An email was sent to the \agent"that approved the loan but alas no response. <br> <br> In my mind documentation with interest rates"
