Customer Service Received

I called today regarding my loans and other accounts I have with Standard bank. I was so extremely lucky to be assisted by Mahlatse Moropjane. Her customer service is out of this world. I explained to her that I have been retrenched, she firstly sympathized with me and gave me hope that i will find employment again and get back on my feet again. She took me through in all my accounts and further more gave me an email address for further assistance. She is extremely great in what she is doing.

What I extremely loved about her is that I called and ran out of airtime, she called me back seeing that she has lost her client.
