Customer Service not great

Cannot get hold of anybody either through call centre or Cresta or Clearwater branches, over 30 mins and still waiting or trying - eventually given up. I understand its Covid but at least have someone who can answer a phone. I am trying to get some advice on closing accounts and opening an estate late account for my late wife
