Customer Service non existent
Doe anyone know if Standard bank still have customer service departments. I tried calling ***but you will have to wait on that line for over 15 minutes with no one answering your call. Sending e-mails to ********** as well as ********** is equally ineffective as NO ONE bother to acknowledge or respond to your correspondence. I hope the potential job losses is not affecting service delivery at SBSA?
