Customer service non existent

I cannot get a payment approved on my credit card despite having more available funds than I need. Standard Bank keeps declining the payment and give no reason. What's frustrating is that one cannot contact the bank as all their contact numbers do not work. I am not prepared to go to a branch and stand in a que all day. This is pathetic service. All I want is to be able to talk to somebody. Is it so difficult
