Customer service is pathetic! I am behind on Credit Card payments and SB doesn’t care!!!
I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE!!!
Standard Bank has given me the WORST experience I’ve ever had with ANY company!!!
I have written 3 complaints on this website. They are USELESS!! I cannot access my Banking app. I am almost 2 MONTHS behind on my Credit Card payments because SB doesn’t CARE to help me!!! An employee Tambuki emails me, and then ignores me for 1 week. Responds to me, and then ignores me for another week 😂 what am I supposed to do?? I can’t just ignore my BANK, because I HAVE to pay my Credit card!!! What am I supposed to do???
