Customer Service Excellence

Dear branch manager <br> <br> I would like to bring to your attention the excellent customer service that I have received from Ronny and Mandisa. I arrived at the Cresta branch yesterday at 15:31 when I saw Ronny locking the doors. Very disappointed, I asked her if she can just take my last request. She asked me what I needed assistance with and I told her I urgently needed to send money overseas. Without hesitation, she allowed me in and directed me straight to the BDC counter. <br> <br> I was then assisted by Mandisa who was just as professional and served with a smile. She advised me the different methods of transactions as I have never done this before and within 30 minutes, my transaction was done! <br> <br> Ronny and Mandisa is undoubtedly Moving Standard Bank and its customers Forward!
