Customer Service Brooklyn Mall

I was in Brooklyn Mall Pretoria ATM this morning. The option to tap you card on the ATM was available but it did not work. Went inside to "enquiries" Oh my word, what a nightmare. The lady is unfriendly, said push you card in, That was not what I was asking. Then she shouted in an African Language to a person, the man shake his head. She went to the cashiers, had a long conversation there , laughing etc. How is it possible that no one in Brooklyn Mall Branch knows about the tapping, how it works or when it will be active. Such horrible customer service.
