As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your banking experience and provide more convenience, we are streamlining our card collection process.

Effective from 24 July, private banking card collections in branch will no longer be available. Instead, we offer a complimentary face-to-face card delivery as a primary means of getting your card delivered to you.

Face-to-face card delivery provides a personalised touch, enhanced security measures, and direct interaction with our reliable courier service team. This tailored approach ensures a seamless and secure card delivery experience, aligned with the exceptional standards of service we aim to maintain.

Furthermore, face-to-face delivery eliminates the need for you to visit our branches, saving you valuable time and effort. You can enjoy the convenience of having your cards delivered to your preferred location, whether it’s your home or office. Face-to-face makes provision for 3rd party receipt of your card and after hours delivery.
