On the 12th of November 2020 Mr Sheldon from MMM Attorneys sent in all paper work to Stbb Attorneys for them to present the offer to the bank and apply for bond cancellation figures. Two weeks past and no feedback from the bank during this period we received an auction date for 09/12/2020 . The 27th of November i went inside the bank and made contact with home loans department .I was told that there was never any application made for bond cancellation on the system .Two days prior to me going to the bank a consultant from Standard Bank ,Mr Latham Swartz said he was awaiting approval from the SIE department. I would like to know why does it take this long, and why does the attorneys ''STBB and the consultant Mr Swartz does not give any feedback .I have my 90 year old mother staying with me and i'm trying fix the problem but with people lying to you how can you move forward. I understand now why people lose there houses cause the people from the bank and attorneys don't give a **** about other people.The consultant at Stbb Nicole Gelderbloem could not give me any explanation and did not answer my calls . I WANT SOME CLARITY ON THIS MATTER
