I would like to say a big thank you to the Rivonia team that assisted me on updating my Standard Bank account. I've had an Access account for a couple of years now and was not too sure if a could apply for a cheque and overdraft facility. I approached the branch manager Mr Fabio Panzeri and all I can can say is what a professional genuine person. He took the time to understand my needs and referred me to Beatrice Rakoma to further assist me. Wow this lady made me feel so comfortable that I forgot I was in a bank. I felt so content with her... As im not a person who likes asking for any financial help.<br> Beatrice really went the extra mile in helping and she did in every way possible. You don't often cone across people like them and Standard Bank should be so proud to have such employees.
