Customer compliant

Hi.my wife went to your branch at selgro center in PMB today. Please note that she had a trauma due to fact that her bank card was clone.

But the level of service that she received in that branch was shocking, she was given an attitude by an African lady that was opening the card .could you please make sure that you guys correct this matter, because you going to have lots of unhappy customers on this branch, that branch has no customer service and sense of agency. It's like they are doing a favor for us a customers, can someone from your management rectified this matter, kind regards Benedict
