Cusomer Service! What is that?

I have been a customer of Standard Bank for the past +- 16 years. The past 5 years were a disaster. Staff are arrogant and extremely blasé about the customers. I had the wonderful experience on the 6th of June of needing a year's statements for tax purposes. First of all I was told that there are no statements available for my business. When I insisted that it is not possible, a very bored employee in the end went to the back of the bank, without telling me anything, and after about 45 minutes reappeared with the statements. The costs involve for me was just under R 2 000! I have had it with Standard Bank and is currently looking at other banks.
