Current Account Closure

<p>I went to the Bryanston centre branch to close my current account and i was provided with a copy of the note confirming that the account was closed but to my suprise, the account was still reflcting on my telephone banking app and for that reason I called the customer care and was told my account had not been closed.</p> <p>The current account stated incurring charges and the amount keeps increasing everyday. I have had to luck with the customer care and even when i tried calling the bryanston branch the line rings with no response :(</p>
