CSV format bank statement project

A whole month has gone by with countless calls to my private banker at Standard Bank requesting my bank statement for the past year in CSV format. I guess it's now a 6 months project for Standard Bank to figure out how to send me an electronic statement in CSV format.<br> Today I saw this report rating complaints to banks.
