CSD verification complain

I'm so dissappointed with Standard bank business account.They are failing us It's been months since I've waited for verification on CSD .My business is stucked i can't proceed until my bank is verified. Please i need help it's really urgent.

I tried calling them for assistance,but they kept on sending me to different departments.

Please please.
