******, dont care about ppl

I have an account with Standard Bank, as it is South africa the rand is declining, petrol is up and all sorts of set backs, there are these debit orders that Standard Bank allows to debit from my peoples accounts with reference Xyz...or some other name that you are not fami**** with, for R99, all my debit orders had gone through for the month, i didnt have enough money in my account then a debit order which is not authorised went through for R99 from ZYZYERINV ZYZCOTL1093, as i had no funds in my account, it bounced the Standard Bank charges me R146 for an upaid ********** debit order, cant they see that it is not authorised, must i keep money in my account just in case some ********** debits go off, i think the biggest ***** and stupid is Standard Bank, i aknowledge my own debit orders that have bounced, why am i owing the bank for something that is their negligence, irefuse to pay for that R146, the bank allows these debit orders on my account, stop being ******, every cent counts, we are all in South Africa and we have no control of our bad finances
