Last week I wrote a complaint about the standard bank and Lorenzo said, I can go make a manual payment of R4310 being a closing balance, however, if the debit order gets deducted it will be refunded. So I made a payment and I reversed the debit order. Now I received an email from Clint Petersen saying he viewed my account and I owe R1366.94 because I made a manual payment on the same day a debit order was scheduled, but he does not mention the amount that I paid. And how can it whereas Lorenzo said I can make a manual payment of a closing balance, Which is R4310 The standard bank is Skelem, I would understand if they say I owe an R100 of REVERSED FEE. Not R1366.94.
