Creditors errors

<p>The standard bank account I had, had a balance of 1 thousand and something. the card hasn't been used since I switched to FNB. Never the less, they called me to pay off the account by debiting R160 pm. This was all ok until January this year. my account is closed, I cannot use it all.</p> <p>the last payment was done in December 2016, since then the debit hasn't been taken off. "standard bank" called me thrice in one month to INCREASE my debit order. I refused to increase it and they were ok with it.</p> <p>Now, Standard Bank has handed me over to Credit Worx as a slow payer!!!</p> <p> - I never disagreed to stop the debit order</p> <p> - The amount of R160 never bounced back</p> <p> - The account is closed, but I'm still paying off the balance per month</p> <p> - Errors on the account side, put my name at risk </p> <p> </p> <p>I don't have any names who I spoke to, but my memory serves me well.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am happy to organise a laywer and take them to Court, as it's not the first time something like this happened.</p> <p>Cell C didn't Rica my account - they handed my dad over, plus we lost the case.</p> <p>I cancelled my Bonitas account within 1 month's notice, all paid up - still handed us over to Credit Worx.</p> <p> </p> <p>What the hell is the deal with such idiots!!!</p>
