I must give credit to the Standard Bank Hello Peter team for assisting with my query. As I am not in the country they were able to assist me and resolve my issue. Wendy called me a day after I laid a complaint on this platform and she and the rest of the team were patient and responded promptly to my issue at hand. Thank you once again.
