Credit Status not updated

Hi,<br> I was co-owner to a property owned with my ex-husband but he took transfer of the property last year. This was done via Standard Bank. I have an existing bond with Nedbank but they declined my loan for extra cash to complete my building extension. Transunion said Standard Bank must do this as only they can update my details, Transunion Ref. No. TU***. Standard Bank has asked me to call back again and again and I was transferred to the Credit Rehab. & Recoveries Dept. (Ref. No. ***), to the ITC Dept. and then to Experian. I thought I could resolve the matter by going in to Standard Bank and request help from the Enquiries Desk. They contacted the call centre whom then said that I need to ask my ex-husband to come into the Bank and to then authorise the Bank to provide a letter so I may take this to Nedbank (Nedbank has agreed that this would be sufficient) but this does not mean that my name will be cleared with Transunion. The Ombudsman has requested that I contact Standard Banks Dispute Resolution Unit to get a Ref. No. but is it not the number provided (Ref. No. ***? My ex has refused all communication with me so how do I resolve this?
