Credit Records not updated for more than 120 days even after follow ups
I have waited for more than 120 days for my paid up vehicle finance to be removed from ICT. I have been doing follow ups with the Standard bank Vehicle Finance Since October 2023. the last follow up was on the 30th of November 2023. according to the feedback on the SMS I received the matter was to be resolved on the 14th of December 2023. all the necessary information was sent to ICT to update my credit profile. this is so frustrating for me since I have been following it up without any luck 120 days has passed since the 31st of August 2023 no update on my profile even after several phone calls to both Standard bank and Experian to get this resolved. none of this two come on board to assist in this matter. on the other hand this is affecting my Credit record with an account I am no longer paying
