Credit life protection

I had a major operation in March , where a cyst was removed from my pancreas. (Mucinous cyst - which were also referred to as a cancerous cyst according to the Prof that did my operation) I have dread decease cover at standard bank . after contacting them and explain the situation standard bank confirmed that I can claim against the credit life policy. I have completed the forms and send the copies of ALL the dr's reports, pathology reports what they needed. on the 6/04/18 I received a call from standard bank stating the claim was registered and handed to the accessor. today is the 10th April, I gave them a call to find out regarding the progress of the claim, only to find out that is was declined because according to them a pancreas is not a dread decease ! I was not claiming for my pancreas ! I claimed regarding the mucinous cyst on the pancreas ! they are so unprofessional ! I am extremely upset regarding this, the consultant was not helpful at all !
