Credit life insurance

Credit life insurance offered by standard bank still hasn't emailed me the proof of conversation i requested where i was told that I will first be covered for 6 months then if im still unemployed at the end of 6 months I will be given the last 6 months cover. Before claiming first time I requested policy infor and was emailed to me. No where were periods stated on policy hence i called and was told of the 12 months but as 2 times 6 months. Now they are telling me there's not 2nd 6month cover that im going to get for policy only covers 6months for retrenchment and not 12 months. Only when its time to pay out they are making such claims which are not on policy. I again asked for policy infor to see where they say something about cover period lengths for cover, i was sent 2 email, one with the policy i was sent earlier, then 2nd email is a doc saying the lengths , ask me what is going on and see if ill be able to tell you. Day light *******. Why are the insurance payout length not part of the policy document? Where is my proof of conversation? Im sure they are still cooking it too.
