Credit Life from Std Bank- selling misleading cover

Standard bank credit life.. fast to sell it to you without highlighting the exclusions. Pre-existing condition that suddenly took a turn for the worst, why couldnt they tell me I wont be covered before selling it to me?? It wasnt hard to see that I have a pre-existing. Now i'm put on permanent disability and they just shrug their shoulders and decline my claim? How am i suppose to pay if i only get pension? Whats the use of the policy? You really suck. I am going to the ombudsman with this, I HAVE a policy, I AM permanently disabled, I WONT be able to pay so *** am i suppose to do? Sell my liver? Oh yeah, I need that to survive just as i need my pension to survive and provide for my children. Had to pay through my ears for the specialist to fill in the forms and for WHAT? Misleading cover.
