Credit life claim due to retrenchment
I am really disappointed in Standard Bank Credit Life insurance. I sent through my documents for retrenchment a month ago. I have called to follow up 2 weeks back that said they would escalate it. I am still waiting for feedback. Sent an email twice this morning. Still nothing.
Now my loans have been handed over due to your lack of service.
What now I ask???
