Credit history ruined

I am reading all the bad comments given to Standard Bank for their disgusting service. Let me give you my 2c worth.

Today, I have receive a letter from Standard Bank threatening to hand over my credit card to their lawyers. The outstanding balance is R2,075.77. Card number ********** ********** 0. My question is what was charged on this card since I have never used it. I went to your branch and they agree that nothing was purchased with this card. Also, last year I went to your Branch in Velddrif to close my bank account. However I was informed by the branch manager that this account cannot be closed because I have a revolving credit with Standard Bank. Today, I owe thousands of rands on this bank account because Standard Bank is deducting money from this account for the Revolving Credit Plan. My refusal to pay for the RCP stem from the fact that since 2012 when I loaned this money therefor increasing my balance to R50,000 to December 2015 when I enquired about the outstanding balance, it still remained on R50,000. All my accounts were held at Standard Bank. This bank is refusing to hand over any of the agreements that was signed between myself and the bank conveniently saying that it was "misplaced". Please do your homework on this account as well as my other accounts before responding on this platform.
