Credit dispute no support

I paid up a vehicle last year December, this is still reflecting on my credit profile, on the 13/06/2023 i tried getting this off my profile from the credit unions, but they requested a letter from the bank, i then phoned the bank, which took me 3 hours to get to the correct person dealing with this, they sent me the letter but the letter is incorrect because it has absolutely no details of me on it, i tried again contacting the bank, and i gave up now, when are they going to communicate with the credit buruea? because according to them they haven't sent them anything, and in the meantime once again me as the client needs to do the work for this bank.
