******* CREDIT CHECKS DONE

Upon seeing my credit score drop drastically , I checked and saw SIX enquiries added by Standard bank. I called them to ask WHY and I couldn't get an answer and that it just happens there is nothing they can do about it and it cannot be removed. I informed them that it is ******* to do a credit check without my consent. They said it's due to the application I did in January that will keep showing up. What BS is that?!it is completely ******* to do that because that means my credit score can never improve. And the answer I get is "there is nothing we can do about it" I am about to take this matter further if not resolved and close all accounts. Customer service is **********
