Credit check twice in 1week

I went to standard bank branch in ChrisHani crossing the queues was rediculousrediculous so I 7opted to send an sms to apply for a loan ,the following day I went to the same branch only then I got assisted but unfortunately I didn't get what I need,Monday morning a lady from Standard bank calls me and says I wanted to apply for a loan I responded yes but u guys declined me,then she requested payslip etc and I emailed her what makes me crazy she also ran an ITC CHECK under my name I wonder to myself does this person knows exactly what's she's doing I tell No u can't run an itc check again cos it was done already unfortunately she had already,I called the headoffice requiring about this but I jus kept on been transferd to another person etc till I hang up,is this the way you guys treat your clients been loyal to you guys means nothing I assume I kindly need someone to call me regarding this ASAP you have caused more mess under my name already but u r my bank &I should trust you as much as I needed your help not sure if your staff knows about TCF.
