Credit card theft by sbsa

On canceling my credit card, I was told that I would be advised when to transfer my credit amount out. That wasn't the case. The account was closed and my funds are nowhere to be found. Where is my money? I have emailed/ contacted but no response. I have been a customer for over 30 years, never thought I would get this treatment.
