Credit card still not recieved

I app**** for a credit card beginning of July and have not received any feedback on when i can fetch my card from the Nicoleway branch. My application was approved, received a call to say that i can fetch my card after 7 working days but i haven't heard anything and this is my 4t complaint about this bank in less that 2 months. Th e service is pathetic.
