Credit card renewal and double charges

At the beginning of February i advised STD BANK that they had double charged me for the delivery of my credit card. i then sent multiple emails stating that my card was expiring end of March, well needless to say i still haven't received my credit card and am unable to utilize their services any more. So i have paid for the card but have never received it...
